    Abstract:

It has been revealed that bacterial small non-coding RNAs are post-transcriptional regulatory molecules that tune important processes in bacterial physiology, such as the metabolism, virulence, and antibiotic resistance. In this paper, we review sRNAs' regulation of bacterial virulence and antibiotic resistance, which is of significance for revealing the post-transcriptional mechanism of bacterial virulence and drug resistance.
