    Abstract:

    Infiltrating ideological and political education into professional course teaching is an important way to achieve the goal of whole-process, all-round, and all-staff education in colleges and universities. Ideological and political education with professional knowledge as the carrier is more persuasive and effective than pure political courses. As a basic compulsory course for biology majors, Biochemistry contains rich and diverse political education resources. In recent years, the curriculum teaching team has carried out effective exploration and practice of ideological and political teaching in combination with the curriculum characteristics, defined the objectives of curriculum education, enriched curriculum teaching resources, innovated curriculum teaching mode, and constructed the strategy of ideological and political integration. The deep excavation and ingenious application of ideological and political resources have achieved the effect of "moistening things silently", and realized the integration of value shaping, knowledge imparting, and ability training in the teaching of Biochemistry.
