We put forward the concept of achievement-driven method in Enzyme Engineering teaching, aiming to solve the problems of students' unwillingness to learn and low learning efficiency. Achievement-driven teaching takes advantage of subjective initiative of teenagers to unlock achievements and combines curriculum content with achievements to drive learning. By introducing the achievement system into the Chaoxing learning APP, and considering the content of Enzyme Engineering course, we designed the achievement composition and the corresponding reward mechanism that improved students' self-learning ability.
