    Abstract:

    We established a teaching mode of microbiological theory and experiment courses based on task and goal orientation by building abundant online learning resources on the open network teaching platform. Meanwhile, the formative learning evaluation and assessment mechanism is established. The effective integration of theoretical and experimental teaching contents not only saves the teaching hours, but also cultivates the abilities of thinking, self-learning and scientific research of students. The results of questionnaire survey on “Microbiology” reform show that the students’ satisfactions to the theoretical teaching and experimental teaching are over 90%. All about students’ learning effect, learning interest, the abilities of analyzing and solving problem have been significantly improved.
