    Abstract:

    Medical Microbiology is an important basic medical course, with the characteristics of numerous knowledge points and dispersive contents. Young teachers with high academic qualifications are becoming the principal teaching staffs of colleges and universities. How to improve the teaching quality of Medical Microbiology by young teachers is an important urgent problem to be solved. This paper discussed the solutions to this problem from the aspects of laying a solid foundation in the basic teaching skills of young teachers, enhancing teaching abilities, flexibly using various teaching methods including digital teaching measures, and well coordinating the relationship between teaching and scientific research.
