Bioscience and biotechnology have been as “red card warning” majors for several years, “Internet+” has developed rapidly and smart mobile phones are widely used. Teachers and students obtain latest information on biological science and technology, simultaneously. How to teach good course of microbial science in such a new situation? Every professional teacher must face to the subject. In this paper, authors’ thoughts and practice on the teaching for course of microbial science was discussed, based on construction of the Boutique Resource Sharing Class—Microbial Fermentation Technology in Nankai University and the trinitarian teaching model, i.e. theory teaching, experiment teaching and practical teaching.
