    Abstract:

    Industrial Microbial Breeding is a professional required course for the major of wine engineering. To better reflect the professional features of curriculum, and cultivate high-quality practical individuals, we performed some reform and exploration in teaching contents and teaching methods. For teaching contents, suitable teaching references, optimized teaching contents and theoretical knowledge combined with life and scientific research practice were conducted. As for teaching methods, we positively selected case teaching methods, key points elaborately teaching methods and improved assessment ways. And finally we have got satisfying teaching results.
