In view of the needs for innovation education of graduates in Medical Colleges and Universities, this article describes the construction of “Medical Molecular Microbiology” course, the reform and effect of practice in the teaching team, teaching content, textbook, cyber source and other aspects of the graduate high-quality course, and provides reference for similar course construction.
