With rich resources and powerful functions, the network-educational platform is increasingly used in universities teaching. In this paper, the network teaching platform were applied to the reform and exploration of Advanced Microbiology course. The results indicated that the teaching pattern aroused the students interests in studying, improved students’ autonomous learning ability, increased teacher-student interaction, increased the students capability of innovation.
