The practice of Microbiologist Chen developing teaching and research enlightening how to cultivate first-class talents

Abstract:

Mr Chen is China's famous microbiologist, soil scientist and excellent agricultural educator. He has made outstanding contribution for the formation and development of related disciplines, talents training in Huazhong Agricultural University and other related universities. Based on the perspective of history,this paper has summarized Mr Chen's some important academic thought in the long-term teaching and research practice. It should enlighten the construction of first-class microbiology discipline and talent cultivation.
