This research intends to integrate QQ platform with project-based learning and introduce it into microbiology teaching to explore how teaching going on via QQ platform. Firstly, the teacher released the topic through QQ folder tools in the group. Then the teacher transferred some documents or released some learning materials related with the project via QQ folder tools in group or one by one, according to the development of the project. Meanwhile, the teacher answered the students' questions and supervised the students to go on with their project. The questionnaire results show that microbiology project-based learning via QQ is helpful to develop students' subjectivity, to enhance the communication between students and teachers and to improve students' learning interest, information literacy and cooperative learning ability.
