    Abstract:

    Microbial Physiology is a major elective course opening to students in grade three. Some teaching methods were explored and attempted in teaching of the structure and function of bacterial flagella, such as optimization of teaching content, reasonable arrangement of teaching order, integration with internet, appropriate use of vivid language, quiz teaching, discussion teaching, and inductive teaching. The students' interest of learning Microbial Physiology has been inspired and better teaching results have been achieved through this lecture.
