Model exploration on teaching assistant of graduates with innovation practice of Microbiology course

    Abstract:

    For the purpose to enhance comprehensive quality of graduates, a model on teaching assistant was developed based on innovation practice of the college students. Among this, a three-way interaction training, that is, teachers, graduates, and undergraduates, was the key step of the program. During the implementation of the innovation practice, graduate student plays as a link between teachers and undergraduates. Based on their accumulation on knowledge, skills and research subject of microbiology that they doing, graduates plays a real role as subject-directors for undergraduates. The results indicated that this is helpful for thinking-way formation, skills improvement, and the innovatory consciousness development of the undergraduates. And this is a useful way for quality education for the graduate and undergraduates.
