Current examination system should be further reformed to improve the teaching quality and to train high-quality talents in colleges and universities. In present paper, reform attempts were discussed. The characteristics of General Plant Pathology, and the main problems existing in the examination system of this course were analysed. A multiple comprehensive examination mode and a platform were built. The new examination system integrated theory with practice and was carried out through the whole teaching process, which can greatly improve students’ abilities and qualities.
