    Abstract:

Bacillus laccase is highly stable in alkaline pH and high temperatures. It is a typical representative of the bacterial laccase with high industrial application values. The best-studied bacterial laccase to date is the spore coat protein CotA from Bacillus subtilis. In recent years, many other types of Bacillus laccases have also been discovered. This review covered the recent burgeoning of Bacillus laccases, their catalytic properties, structural features, enzymatic properties and applications. Furthermore, the prospects of future research were also discussed.
