    Abstract:

    The teaching content of Genetic Engineering experiment is determined by the task for the order class. The teacher should make vocational skill training by skill breaking-down model, differentiation teaching model and task-driven model, as well as emphasize the cultivation of vocational quality such as carefulness, strictness, patience, the ability of comparison and analysis, etc. The practice has testified that this is beneficial to the cultivation of strong experiment skills, enhancing vocational capability, and improvement of enterprises’ satisfaction.
