Macrofungi are those fungi with large fruit bodies, and they are a rich source of foods and medicines. Many of them have significant antioxidant activity. The present review documented the chemical structures and antioxidant activity of the low-molecular-weight secondarymetabolites from macrofungi. The aim of this review is to help the researches on the activity screening, chemical analysis and exploitation and utilizing of macrofungi.
