Based on the experience of teaching the course Principles of Fermentation Technology, the study investigated the implication, procedure, and effect of learning outcome using case study and question method. The results indicated that the employment of case study method based on the procedure of selection, evaluation, discussion, and question method could strengthen the learning outcome and the mastery of knowledge. The method also contributed to linking theory with realities, inspiring the motivation of self-learning, and interest in study of the students, therefore, the effect of classroom teaching was elevated.
