The traditional microbiology experimental teaching method and content can not meet the needs of training talented person. Therefore, studying from the experimental contents, experimental teaching pattern and the ways of checking the students’work and taking reforming are done, making microbiology experimental as a separating course and adding comprehensive experiment. The result shows the new experimental teaching pattern contributes to the cultivation of the students’abilities of performing experiment, the ways of thinking, creativity and comprehensive analysis. It’s better than the traditional microbiology experimental teaching.
