    Abstract:

25 antagonistic bacteria screening from cotton rhizosphere have antibiotic against Rhizoctonia solani Kuhn. Two isolates MH1 and MH25 have obviously antibiosis. Based on the results of morphologic characteristics, physiological and biochemical properties and phylogenetic analysis of 16S rDNA, MH1 was identified as Brevibacillus brevis and MH25 was identified as Bacillus subtilis. The sequences of 16S rDNA obtained in this study have been submitted to GenBank and the accession number, respectively, are EF4488102 and EF4488103.
