The experimental teaching method and content of fermentative project in the past can not adapt to the development of biotechnology industry, at the same time can not meet the needs of training talented person of biotechnology.Therefore, studying from the experimental course content of fermentative project and taking reforming by experimental methods, to deep the student′s cognition and understanding of experimental course knowledge in entire fermentative project. Ultimately, it can foster the student′s experimental ability of independent character, comprehensiveness and innovation, reach the purpose of training the person with applying and innovative talented.
