    Abstract:

The detections of foodborne bacterial pathogens are the key technological link for the foodborne disease prevention and control. The PCR technology has been introduced for the pathogenic bacteria detections recent years and the many target genes have been found including the genes of various virulence, engymes and some specific species. These genes are frequently used in the PCR detection and the application of diagnostic kits.
