    Abstract:

Cellulase was immobilized on the EudragitL-100 by adsorption. The soluble-insoluble immobilized cellulase was gotten. The operational condition of immobilized enzyme is: pH≥5.0, soluble; pH≤4.0, insoluble. The immobilized enzyme was stable. When the immobilized enzyme was reused four times, more than 65% of the enzyme activity was found to be retained on binding to Eudragit. Kinetic properties and optimal conditions for activity of the immobilized enzyme were compared with that of the native enzyme. This research results were meaningful in the conversion and utilization of renewable biomass.
