    Abstract:

African swine fever (ASF) is an acute infectious disease caused by African swine fever virus (ASFV). At present, there is no effective commercial vaccines at home and abroad, resulting in the difficulty in the prevention and control of ASF. Therefore, early diagnosis and regular epidemiological monitoring are essential for the prevention and control of ASF. The research on the diagnostic targets of ASF can provide a reference for the development of diagnostic technology. This article reviews the currently used diagnostic targets of ASF, aiming to provide a reference for the prevention and control of ASF and the development of efficient and feasible diagnostic technologies.
