新形势下开展微生物类课程教学改革的探索与实践

Exploration and practice of teaching reformation for microbe-class course under new circumstances

摘要:

生物科学和生物技术专业连续数年位列高考“红牌警告”专业；互联网+的飞速发展和智能手机的广泛使用，让教师和学生可以同时获得生物科学与技术的最新研究信息。在这样的新形势下如何开展微生物类课程教学？这是每一位专业教师必须直面的课题。本文结合南开大学精品资源共享课“微生物发酵工程”的建设，结合理论教学、实验教学和实践教学“三位一体”的教学模式，谈谈我们对于微生物类课程教学的思考与实践探索。

Abstract:

Bioscience and biotechnology have been as “red card warning” majors for several years, “Internet+” has developed rapidly and smart mobile phones are widely used. Teachers and students obtain latest information on biological science and technology, simultaneously. How to teach good course of microbial science in such a new situation? Every professional teacher must face to the subject. In this paper, authors’ thoughts and practice on the teaching for course of microbial science was discussed, based on construction of the Boutique Resource Sharing Class—Microbial Fermentation Technology in Nankai University and the trinitarian teaching model, i.e. theory teaching, experiment teaching and practical teaching.
