    摘要:

    针对哈尔滨工业大学环境科学与工程一级学科下硕士研究生学生知识背景不同的问题,以在学科交叉背景下建立完备的微生物生理学硕士研究生课程体系为目的,通过调查问卷形式总结课程教学中存在的问题,以此为前提并结合原有课程和学生学情基础上对微生物生理学的教学内容、教学方法和考核方式进行改革,建立适合的微生物生理学课程体系,解决微生物生理学基本知识与实际应用割裂等问题,提高教学效果;激发学生的学习热情和主动性,使学生更好地掌握本学科知识,以期提高硕士研究生的培养质量。

    Abstract:

    Considering graduate students under diverse knowledge background in the first level discipline-Environmental Science and Engineering, this study aims at constructing a comprehensive graduate course system of Microbial Physiology in the interdisciplinary context. The feedbacks regarding the course were collected through questionnaire. Based on questionnaire, the teaching content, methods and assessing mode of Microbial Physiology were reformed. An appropriate course system of Microbial Physiology was constructed, and the issues such as separation of basic knowledge of microbial physiology from practical application were solved and it could improve the efficiency of teaching. The enthusiasm and initiative of students were inspired, which helped students have a better command of knowledge. Above all, the cultivation quality of graduated students was considerably enhanced as expected.
