Deepening Teaching Reform of the Fermentation Engineering Experiment to be Adapted to the New Curriculum Reform of Basic Education

摘要:

高师院校发酵工程实验教学必须服务于基础教育的实施, 把培养学生的创新精神和实践能力放在首位。因此, 基础教育新课程改革背景下的发酵工程实验教学改革应从课程内容入手, 改革教学方法、培养方式和评价体系, 以达到培养高师学生科研能力、工作态度、创新能力和从教能力的目的。

Abstract:

The teaching of the Fermentation Engineering Experiment in normal university must serve for the basic education, placing students’ creative spirit and practical ability in the first place. Therefore, teaching reform of the Fermentation Engineering Experiment under the background of new curriculum reform of basic education should be studied from the curriculum content, teaching methodology, training pattern and assessment system, in order to cultivate the normal-university students’ research ability, working attitude, creative and teaching ability.
