微生物学综合性实验的探讨与实践

Practice and Discussion of Comprehensive Experiments of Microbiology

摘要:

随着我国教学改革的逐渐深入, 如何提高微生物学综合性实验的教学效果是实验指导教师需要认真思考的问题。本文对开设综合性实验需要注意的问题进行了探讨, 同时结合我们微生物学实验室多年来开设微生物学综合性实验的教学实践, 认为综合性实验要取得良好的实验效果, 需注意四个“结合”：基础性与专业性的结合, 创新性与系统性的结合, 可操作性与科学评判性的结合, 实验教师与学生团体参与性的结合, 只有把握好上述四个“结合”, 才能通过综合性实验实现培养学生实验技能与创新能力的目的。

Abstract:

Some new attempts for the comprehensive experiments of microbiology experiment course were discussed, which would be helpful to the improvement of teaching effects of comprehensive experiments. They were summarized four “integration”, as follows: foundation and profession, innovation and systematization, maneuverability and scientificity, and participation of teachers and students.
