本文概述了常用于乳酸菌分离鉴定及多态性研究中的基于rDNA序列的分子标记技术和几种DNA指纹图谱技术(RAPD, ARDRA, AFLP, REP/ERIC-PCR), 并对这些技术的原理、方法及其近几年在乳酸菌研究中的进展进行了介绍。同时本文还比较了各种方法的优缺点, 不同的研究方法, 其分辨率和检测限不同, 必须根据研究目的, 选择合适的分析方法。

Abstract:

This paper outlines some molecular marking technology based on rDNA sequences and several DNA fingerprinting technology (RAPD, ARDRA, AFLP, REP/ERIC-PCR) used in classification, identification and diversity research in lactic acid bacteria. The principles, methods and progress in recent years of these technologies were also introduced. At the same time, this paper also compares the advantages and disadvantages of these methods. People should choose suitable method according to their purposes.
