Abstract:

The preservation of culture is the base of microbiology research and correlative specialty. Freeze-drying is one of the most effective methods. Many researches have been performed to improve the effect of freeze-drying method. The paper mainly describes the principle and advantage of freeze-drying. In addition, the paper introduces the influencing factors to freeze-drying method.
