    摘要:

    “微生物学实验”是生物技术专业的一门重要的基础实践课程,在创新人才培养过程中发挥着重要的作用。在新工科背景下,针对龙岩学院生物技术专业“微生物学实验”存在的内容较陈旧、教学手段较单一等突出问题,团队教师在实验内容重新设计、多样化教学手段、产教融合和赛教融合等方面进行改革,以提高实验课教学质量,提升学生专业素养,培养学生综合素质,进而提升学生的就业竞争力。经过教学改革与实践,学生的动手实践能力、分析问题、解决问题的能力、创新能力等都获得了提升,该改革模式可为其他工科类实验课程提供参考。

    Abstract:

    Microbiology Experiment is a fundamental course of the biotechnology major and plays a significant role in the cultivation of innovative talents. The conventional teaching of this course for the biotechnology major at Longyan University suffers from the problems such as outdated contents and single teaching methods. In response to these problems and under the background of emerging engineering education, our teaching team has carried out reforms in aspects such as redesigning the experimental contents, diversifying teaching methods, integrating industry and education, and integrating competitions and teaching. The reform aims at enhancing the teaching quality of experimental courses, improving students’ professional literacy, cultivating their comprehensive quality, and thereby boosting their employment competitiveness. Through teaching reform and practice, students’ hands-on practical ability, problem analysis and solving ability, innovation ability and other aspects have all been enhanced. This reform model can provide a reference for the reform of other engineering experimental courses.
