    摘要:

    鉴于微生物实验教学中无法实际开展病原微生物相关实验,综合运用Unity-3D和虚拟仿真技术开发并建设了上呼吸道感染病原微生物的筛查与鉴定虚拟仿真实验项目。通过Web技术将病原样品的采集、样品核酸的提取和扩增、病毒抗体的筛查和抗原的快速检测、结果的判读以及实验废弃物的处理等实验内容进行虚拟仿真,实现实验教学中的3D交互,得以突破时空与高危实验环境的限制。该项目应用于本科教学后,增强了学生的学习兴趣,拓宽了学生的知识面,有效提升了教学效果,为推进微生物学实验课程资源共建共享与教育资源数字化提供借鉴和参考,并助力高层次人才培养。

    Abstract:

    A virtual simulation experiment project for screening and identifying pathogenic microorganisms in upper respiratory tract infections was developed and constructed via Unity-3D and virtual simulation technology to address the inability to conduct experiments related to pathogenic microorganisms in the teaching of Microbiology Experiments. This project virtually simulates the collection of pathogen samples, extraction and amplification of nucleic acid samples, screening of virus antibodies and rapid detection of antigens, interpretation of results, and disposal of experimental waste. It achieves 3D interaction and breaks the limitations of time, space, and high-risk experimental environments in the laboratory teaching. Application of this project has enhanced students’ interest in learning, broadened their knowledge, and provided reference and guidance for promoting the resource co-construction and sharing of Microbiology Experiments and the digitization of educational resources, further assisting in the cultivation of innovative talents.
