    摘要:

    面向新质生产力与高层次应用型人才培养的新要求,本文聚焦“高级微生物学”课程中理论与应用融合度不高、学生实践能力不足等问题,以产教融合为主线,构建出“理论教学+实践教学+案例教学”相融合的课程培养体系,建设校企“双师型”协同团队及开放共享实践基地,推进教育与产业深度融合;通过建立多元化评价与动态反馈机制,促进学生学术、实践及综合素养协同提升,培养具备创新能力的微生物学高素质应用型人才。

    Abstract:

    In response to the new requirements of developing new-quality productive forces and cultivating high-caliber application-oriented talents, this study establishes a theory-practice-case integrated model for the teaching of Advanced Microbiology by centering on industry-education integration. This model aims to address the low degree of theory-application integration and students’ insufficient practical competence. A dual-mentor collaborative teaching team with members from both enterprises and the university and the open, shared practice bases were established to deepen the integration of education and industry. A diversified evaluation system and dynamic feedback mechanisms were developed to promote coordinated improvements in students’ academic attainment, practical skills, and overall competency and foster innovative, high-caliber application-oriented professionals in microbiology.
