    摘要:

    基于地方本科院校培养高素质应用型人才的目标,微生物学实验课程组结合地方院校专业人才培养方案进行改革和实践,为实现高质量育人提供有力支撑。通过将课程思政全程融入教学、采用线上线下结合的教学方法、改革考核方式和评价方法、建设示范教学团队、赛教结合等实践,提高学生的思政素质和专业素养,增强学生自主学习能力、创新能力和实践技能。改革实践结果表明,学生学习成绩提升,动手能力增强,培养目标达成度良好;学生专业认同感强,积极参加科学研究和学科竞赛,创新能力增强。与此同时,教学团队的课程思政能力和教学能力也明显提升,为地方经济发展培养了一批应用型创新人才。

    Abstract:

    Based on the goal of cultivating high-quality applied talents in local undergraduate colleges, the Microbiology Experiment course was reformed and practiced in conjunction with the professional talent cultivation programs of local universities. This initiative provided strong support for achieving high-quality education. Key practices implemented included integrating curriculumideological and political education into the entire teaching process, adopting blended online and offline teaching methods, reforming assessment methods and evaluation approaches, establishing a model teaching team, and integrating competition and teaching. These measures aimed to collectively enhance students’ ideological and political quality as well as their professional accomplishment, strengthen students’ autonomous learning capabilities, innovation abilities, and practical skills. The practical results after the reform showed that students’ academic performance was improved, and their hands-on ability was enhanced, with the achievement of training objectives being satisfactory. Moreover, students had a strong sense of professional identity, actively participated in scientific research and academic competitions, and possessed strengthened innovation abilities. At the same time, the teaching team’s capabilities in curriculum ideological and political education and teaching guidance were improved, cultivating a group of applied innovative talents for the development of local economy.
