在微生物学硕士研究生培养体系中，开题环节作为关键节点，对学生培养质量具有至关重要的影响。本文以黑龙江八一农垦大学微生物学专业2020-2024年硕士研究生培养为例，深入探讨开题环节的重要作用，重点阐述校外专家全程参与的开题制度设计与运行机制等改革措施。通过分析校外专家参与开题的实际成效与积极作用，总结创新实践经验，以期为优化微生物学硕士研究生培养模式提供借鉴，推动教育质量的持续提升。

Abstract:

The thesis proposal stage holds pivotal significance in the quality assurance of master’s student training in microbiology. This study presents a case analysis of the Microbiology Master’s Program at Heilongjiang Bayi Agricultural University over a five-year period (2020-2024). We conduct an in-depth analysis of the critical role of the thesis proposal stage and elucidate comprehensive reform measures, particularly the systematic design and operational mechanisms that facilitate the whole-process involvement of external experts. By assessing the practical outcomes and positive impacts brought by sustained external expert participation, we distill innovative experiences and approaches. These findings contribute valuable reference points to optimizing training models for master’s students in microbiology and aim to support the continued enhancement of graduate education quality within the discipline.
