    摘要:

    师范类专业认证是深化新时代教师教育改革、推进师范类专业内涵式发展的核心举措。微生物学课程组对标师范类专业认证标准,全面梳理理论教学、实验教学及课程思政建设中存在的差距,严格遵循“学生中心、产出导向、持续改进”的认证核心理念,围绕思政引领、目标重构、教法优化及评价多元等维度进行教学改革。结果显示,2018-2020级微生物学课程终结性考核优良率介于43%-61%,并且逐级递增;课程目标达成度自我评价逐年提高,间接评价均高于87分,反馈较好;课程目标达成度高于期望值0.7;以师范专业认证为导向的微生物学教学改革举措对学生学业成绩提升产生正向促进作用,教学改革取得良好成效。

    Abstract:

    Teacher education accreditation is a core measure to advance the reform of teacher education and the connotative development of teacher training in the new era. We systematically identified the gaps in the theory teaching, laboratory teaching, ideological and political education in the Microbiology course with the standards for teacher education accreditation. On this basis and following the core accreditation philosophy of student-centered, outcome-based and continuous improvement, we launched teaching reforms in four aspects: ideological and political guidance, objective reconstruction, teaching method optimization, and diversified evaluation. The results show that the excellent and good rate of the Microbiology summative assessment rose year by year from 43% to 61% for grade of 2018 to 2020. Students’ self-evaluation scores on course objective achievement improved annually, with all indirect evaluation scores above 87, indicating highly positive feedback. In addition, the actual achievement level of course objectives have exceeded the expected value of 0.7. The teacher education accreditation-oriented teaching reform of Microbiology has effectively boosted students’ academic performance, which proves that the reform has achieved positive results.
