    摘要:

    采用内装塑料片、塑料丝、海绵块的中空鱼网状塑料球为填料的生物滴滤池,对某垃圾压缩站产生的低浓度大风量的含氨臭气进行了近1年的连续脱臭试验。研究了有关的净化效果与生物膜特性。在进口氨气浓度0.8 mg/m3~1.5 mg/m3,风量8000m3/h,停留时间2.5s,氨气去除率为90%以上,达到国家一级排放水平。系统添加营养液时净化效果从75%提高到90%。3种填料的生物膜量、脱氢酶活性及硝化活性速率的排列顺序是:塑料片>塑料丝>海绵,并从工艺及填料方面探讨进一步提高净化效果的技术措施。

    Abstract:

    A biotrickling filter which was packed with plastic striplike material, elasticity threadlike material and sponges was designed to remove odour from garbage compressing station.The air flow was increased to 8000 m3/h to obtain EBRTs of 2.5s. NH3 elimination capacities were observed. The liquid medium recirculated resulted in an increase of the elimination capacity from η=75% to η= 90%. The biomass and microorganism activity on the filling materials were tested, the results shown that microorganism quantity and activity decreased in the order of plastic striplike material > elasticity threadlike material > sponges. Finally how to improve the treatment efficiency from the aspects of technics and types of film carriers were discussed.
