    摘要:

    针对微生物学实验教学长期存在的“过程可视性差与不可溯、评价失效与指导缺位、能力断层与衔接困难”三大痼疾,烟台理工学院构建成果导向教育(outcome-based education, OBE)驱动的“三级能力进阶-双平台支撑-多维评价”智慧教学体系。经2轮教学实证:学生学习真实性与投入度跃升(抄袭率由25%降为0%),核心实验能力强化(平板涂布、划线等操作正确率由75%提升至90%以上),学习效率突破性提升(自主学习时长增加50%,错误修正周期由6 d压缩至1.5 h),解决复杂实际问题的应用能力有效增强;教师教学效率与指导精准性同步增强,评价客观性及管理精细化程度显著提升,为应用型人才培养提供普适性智慧范式。

    Abstract:

    To tackle persistent deficiencies: opaque experimental processes, ineffective assessment, and disconnection between skill training and real-world application, in microbiology laboratory teaching, Yantai Institute of Technology implemented an outcome-based education (OBE)-driven smart teaching model. This model, structured around a three-tier competency framework, dual-platform support, and multidimensional evaluation, achieved transformative outcomes over two implementation cycles. The model dramatically boosted learning integrity and engagement, eliminating plagiarism (25% to 0%) and enhancing core operational accuracy (e.g., raising the operational accuracy of plate streaking from 75% to over 90%). Efficiency metrics also saw breakthrough gains, with self-directed learning time increasing by 50% and error correction cycles collapsing from six days to 1.5 hours. These improvements directly translated into a stronger student capacity for solving complex practical problems. Concurrently, instructors gained greater teaching efficiency, precision in guidance, and objectivity in evaluation. This study thus establishes a versatile, smart-teaching paradigm for cultivating highly competent, application-oriented talents.
