    摘要:

    铜绿假单胞菌(Pseudomonas aeruginosa)是一种机会性人类病原体,在免疫系统受损的个体中引起毁灭性的急性和慢性感染。它在临床环境中臭名昭著的持久性归因于其形成抗生素耐药生物膜的能力。生物膜的形成不仅能增强细菌的耐药性,还能阻碍抗生素渗透和免疫细胞清除,因此成为疾病难以治愈的主要原因之一。褐藻胶裂解酶作为一类能够降解褐藻胶的酶,因其在破坏生物膜结构和增强抗生素疗效方面的潜力而受到广泛关注。本文综述了铜绿假单胞菌生物膜的成分、结构、危害和褐藻胶裂解酶抗生物膜的作用机制及研究进展。

    Abstract:

    Pseudomonas aeruginosa is an opportunistic human pathogen that causes devastating acute and chronic infections in individuals with compromised immune systems. Its notorious persistence in clinical settings is attributed to its ability to form biofilms resistant to antibiotics. The formation of biofilms not only enhances bacterial resistance, but also hinders antibiotic penetration and immune cell clearance, being one of the main reasons for the difficult cure of diseases. Alginate lyases, as a group of enzymes capable of degrading alginate, have received widespread attention for their potential in disrupting the biofilm structure and enhancing antibiotic efficacy. This article reviews the composition, structure, and hazards of Pseudomonas aeruginosa biofilms, as well as the mechanism and research progress of alginate lyase in combating biofilms.
