    摘要:

    源于微生物的CRISPR系统经科学家发掘并改造后,已演变为功能强大的基因编辑工具,在农业、工业及医学治疗等诸多领域的发展进程中发挥了显著的推动作用。本文以中国上海交通大学与哈萨克斯坦欧亚国立大学这两国高校开设的CRISPR基因编辑课程为研究对象,综合学生问卷数据,从课程的设置架构、教学方法、资源的配备状况等维度展开了深入对比分析,旨在清晰呈现中哈两国两校在教学领域的差异性与互补性特征。中国高校在教学科研平台更具优势,哈萨克斯坦高校则更注重学习与实践相结合,双方均有开展国际交流合作的意愿,所以本文进一步结合“一带一路”倡议探索深化中哈高校教育科研合作,期望为提升区域生命科学教育质量提供有益的借鉴与参考范例。

    Abstract:

    The CRISPR system, originally derived from microorganisms, has been extensively explored and modified by scientists, evolving into a powerful gene editing tool that has significantly advanced the fields of agriculture, industry, and medical treatment. This paper investigates the CRISPR gene editing courses offered by Shanghai Jiao Tong University (SJTU) in China and L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University (ENU) in Kazakhstan. Through a comprehensive analysis of student questionnaire data, we compared the curriculum structure, teaching methods, and resource allocation, aiming to highlight the differences and complementarities between the two countries in teaching approaches. SJTU holds an advantage in teaching and research platforms, while ENU places greater emphasis on integrating learning with practical experience. Both universities demonstrate a willingness to engage in international academic exchanges and cooperation. Therefore, this paper further explores the potential for deepening educational and research collaborations between Chinese and Kazakhstan universities under the Belt and Road Initiative, offering insights and reference examples for enhancing regional education quality in life sciences.
